Dr. May

Dr May was raised in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. After graduating from high school, Dr May felt called to volunteer in Bogota, Colombia, where he lived for almost 2 years working in a church. He returned home and graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi. He continued his studies at the University of Mississippi Medical Center School of Dentistry. Dr May graduated from UMMC (“Ole Miss”) where he was routinely recognized for his artistic flair and impressive hand skills. In 2021, Dr May took his skills to the next level when he completed the Biomimetic Mastership program from the Alleman Center for Biomimetic Dentistry- a year long intensive program focusing on minimally invasive, dental procedures with an emphasis on mimicking nature, reducing pain, and preventing root canals and tooth loss. Dr May met his wife, Tiffany, at church. Alex is a musician, proficient in multiple instruments. Alex and Tiffany are the proud parents of 2 amazing kids, Ezra and Karis, along with several comical pets. When he isn’t doing dentistry or playing music, Dr May enjoys spending time with family, playing and watching sports and video games, and reading.
